We build on an open-source workflow engine, which means the automation runs on your own servers or a server you control. Your client data, transactions, and conversations stay inside your systems. When a project ends, you keep everything, with no dependency on us to keep it running.

Common problems already have proven solutions, so we ship them as ready templates that adapt to your fields and launch in days. When a process is specific to your business, we design it from scratch around how your team works, rather than forcing your process into a generic tool.
Built for the local stack
We work with the tools companies in Kazakhstan and the CIS already run on, including Bitrix24, amoCRM, МойСклад, Kaspi, 2GIS, and hh.kz. We know how these systems behave and connect them through their official APIs, so integration stays clean and maintainable.
We hand over ownership
Every project ships with documentation in Russian and training for your team, so the people who use the automation understand it. The first month after launch includes any edits and adjustments, and after that we stay available for support and stable operation.
Under the hood, Pragma combines a self-hosted workflow engine for workflow orchestration with modern AI models for the parts that need judgement: scoring leads, drafting replies, summarizing meetings, and reading documents. The result is automation that handles both the mechanical steps and the parts that used to require a person reading and deciding.
